Photoshoots are conducted during these specific hours to ensure optimal lighting conditions. Photography relies heavily on good lighting, and by scheduling sessions during these times, we can capture the best possible light for exceptional photographs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If the day is cloudy, the photoshoot can be arranged at any time of the day.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

How far in advance should I book the photoshoot or tour?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Advanced bookings are welcomed and encouraged. To ensure optimal planning, customization, and date reservation, a minimum of one week’s advance notice is recommended.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can I book a photoshoot or tour last minute?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Last-minute photoshoots are feasible, even with less than 24 hours’ notice. While contingent upon availability, every effort will be made to accommodate requests.<\/span><\/p>\n

If my plans change, can I reschedule?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Rescheduling of photoshoots or tours is permitted up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Further details can be found in the Terms and Conditions.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Can I pay in Argentine pesos? What exchange rate is used?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Yes, you can pay in Argentine pesos. The exchange rate used is the Oficial dollar by the BNA<\/a> (Banco de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina) at the current selling rate of the day. If you would like to go for this option, please simply complete your purchase selection the option: “Argentine Pesos cash or Wenster Union”<\/strong> \u00a0Remember, to book, you must pay the total cost of the package you selected in advance.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Is there any discount for Argentines or Residents?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Yes, if you are an Argentine or a resident we offer the 15% off in 1 payment, or the option to pay in three monthly installments with no interest through Mercado Pago.<\/p>\n

If you’d like to request this option, please complete your booking by selecting the Transfer in Argentine pesos<\/em> or Western Union<\/em> payment method. Once your order is completed, we\u2019ll contact you with the payment link. This option is only<\/strong> available if you\u2019re currently living in Argentina and have a national ID.<\/p>\n

What forms of payment are accepted?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Yes, in family or group photoshoots, children can participate, or in any of our art-related tours.<\/span><\/p>\n

When will I receive the photos?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Within a maximum of 7 days, we will send you the full edited gallery for selection. You will then have 15 days to choose the photos included in your package. If no selection is made within this timeframe, we will choose the photos for you.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re unable to select your photos within those 15 days, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a new deadline.<\/span><\/p>\n

Final photos will be delivered within 24 hours after your selection.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you prefer a faster delivery, you can request express editing and receive your gallery within 72 hours for an additional USD $45.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can I buy extra photos?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Yes, each one costs an extra USD $8.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

How will I receive the photos?<\/span><\/h2>\n

The photos will be delivered in a Google Drive folder. If you don’t use Google Drive, we will send you a link. The photos will remain available on Google Drive for 1 month. If you don’t download the photos during this period, an additional fee of USD $15 will be required for re-sending.<\/span><\/p>\n

Is insurance included for my belongings?<\/span><\/h2>\n

No, insurance for belongings is the responsibility of the client. Please be attentive to your belongings during the photo session.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can I reschedule my reservation?<\/span><\/h2>\n

If you made the reservation more than 30 days in advance, you can reschedule as many times as you want up to 7 days before the photoshoot or private photo tour.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can reschedule without extra cost up to 48 hours before the photo session.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If rescheduling is necessary within 24 hours,<\/strong> an additional fee of 5% of the total agreed cost will apply. This does not apply if the rescheduling is due to rain.<\/p>\n

Yes, we do conduct studio sessions, our studio is located in Palermo, Buenos Aires.<\/span><\/p>\n

We do not offer printed photos. However, all images are delivered in high resolution, so you can print them as you wish.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the photoshoot package includes for example 25 photos, will you only take 25 photos?<\/span><\/h2>\n

No, the final photos that will be delivered are the best ones captured during the photoshoot. For reference, in a 1-hour photoshoot, there will be more than 70 suitable photos.<\/span><\/p>\n
