Reservation Confirmation

The photoshoot or tour  will be confirmed once the guest makes payment. Otherwise, confirmation is not possible. The total amount corresponding to the selected package must be paid.

Reschedule

Subject to availability, a photoshoot or tour may be rescheduled an unlimited number of times, provided that such rescheduling is requested no later than 48 hours prior to the final scheduled date.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 15 days or more before a scheduled photoshoot will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled time will receive a 70% refund of the total amount paid. In the event of illness, flight cancellation, or injury, the client will receive a full refund. For cancellations due to flight cancellation, illness or injury, an official certificate must be submitted via email.

In the event of a flight cancellation, you must provide proof of the cancellation. The refund will be processed within 7 days following the acceptance of the certificate.

For bookings made at the last minute, the aforementioned policy remains in effect, with the exception that rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours before the photoshoot or tour commences without incurring an additional fee, contingent upon availability.

In all circumstances, if you are entitled to a refund, the refund amount will be less any applicable platform fees that were included in your payment if there’s any.

Extended Time

If the photoshoot or tour runs over the scheduled time due to the client’s request or delay, a 20-minute grace period will apply. After this time, additional charges will be applied.

The photographer will notify you 10 minutes before the session ends so you’re aware your time is coming to an end.

After these additional 20 minutes, an extra fee of USD $60 per hour will apply for photoshoots, and USD $45 per hour for tours.

In the case of a photoshoot, the client will be entitled to receive 6 additional photos per extra hour at no extra cost.

Late Start or Early Finish (Premium Packages)

If the photoshoot starts late due to the client, or if the client decides to end the session early, no discounts will be applied. Please note that the number of final photos included in the package may also be affected due to reduced shooting time.

Wait Tolerance

Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. If you are unable to arrive within this timeframe, your reservation will be forfeited. To ensure a prompt arrival, please review travel times and consider using a taxi or ride-share service.

Bad Weather

In the event of strong rain, you will be notified up to two hours before the scheduled start time. If the photoshoot or tour is canceled due to inclement weather, you will have the option to reschedule. Alternatively, the location can be changed to an indoor venue, contingent upon the guest’s agreement.

Flying Dress Photoshoots

The flying dress is included in the Flying Dress packages, or it can be added to any Premium package for an additional USD $60.

We ask not to use any products such as oils, tanning lotions, or anything that could stain the dress. If the dress is damaged or cannot be properly cleaned, you will be charged for the repair or replacement.

Final Photos

The final photographs we deliver will be fully developed, including color correction, light adjustment, and removal of objects or people. The final photographs will be comparable to those displayed on our website, social media, and professional portfolio. Please note that we do not provide RAW or “unedited” files.
