How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, an advance payment of the total amount is required. The prices displayed for each photoshoot are final, and you won’t have to pay any extra fees.
What times are available for a photoshoot?
Summer: 7:00 am / 8:00 – 6:30 pm
Summer nighttime: 8:30 pm
Winter: 8:30 am / 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
Winter Nighttime: 5:30 pm
Why are the photoshoots limited to these hours?
Photoshoots are conducted during these specific hours to ensure optimal lighting conditions. Photography relies heavily on good lighting, and by scheduling sessions during these times, we can capture the best possible light for exceptional photographs.
How far in advance should I book the photoshoot or tour?
Advanced bookings are welcomed and encouraged. To ensure optimal planning, customization, and date reservation, a minimum of one week’s advance notice is recommended.
Can I book a photoshoot or tour last minute?
Last-minute photoshoots are feasible, even with less than 24 hours’ notice. While contingent upon availability, every effort will be made to accommodate requests.
If my plans change, can I reschedule?
Rescheduling of photoshoots or tours is permitted up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Further details can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
Can I pay in Argentine pesos? What exchange rate is used?
Yes, you can pay in Argentine pesos. The exchange rate used is the Oficial dollar by the BNA (Banco de la Nación Argentina) at the current selling rate of the day. If you would like to go for this option, please simply complete your purchase selection the option: “Argentine Pesos cash or Wenster Union” Remember, to book, you must pay the total cost of the package you selected in advance.
Is there any discount for Argentines or residents?
There’s no discount, but we do offer the option to pay in three monthly installments with no interest through Mercado Pago.
If you’d like to request this option, please complete your booking by selecting the Transfer in Argentine pesos or Western Union payment method. Once your order is completed, we’ll contact you with the payment link. This option is only available if you’re currently living in Argentina.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Our online store works with PayPal, Credit and Debit cards, Western Union transfers, Wise, BTC, USDT, and cash.
Would you like to pay with crypto?
If you’d like to pay with BTC or USDT, simply complete your order by selecting the “Argentine Pesos Cash or Western Union” option. Once you receive your order confirmation, reply to our email requesting the wallet address.
Can children participate in the tours?
Yes, in family or group photoshoots, children can participate, or in any of our art-related tours.
When will I receive the photos?
Within 48 hours of the photo session, we will send you the thumbnail gallery for selection. You will then have 7 days to select your photos. If you do not make the selection within these 7 days, we will make the selection for you. If you cannot select the photos within this timeframe, please let us know in advance so we can work out an estimated date. The final photos will be sent within the number of days your selected package offered prior to your booking.
If you prefer, you can pay an extra fee to receive the photos within 24 hours (USD $45).
Can I buy extra photos?
Yes, each one costs an extra USD $7.
How will I receive the photos?
The photos will be delivered in a Google Drive folder. If you don’t use Google Drive, we will send you a link. The photos will remain available on Google Drive for 1 month. If you don’t download the photos during this period, an additional fee of USD $15 will be required for re-sending.
Is insurance included for my belongings?
No, insurance for belongings is the responsibility of the client. Please be attentive to your belongings during the photo session.
Can I reschedule my reservation?
If you made the reservation more than 30 days in advance, you can reschedule as many times as you want up to 7 days before the photoshoot or private photo tour.
You can reschedule without extra cost up to 48 hours before the photo session.
If rescheduling is necessary within 24 hours, an additional fee of 5% of the total agreed cost will apply. This does not apply if the rescheduling is due to rain.
Do you conduct studio sessions?
Yes, we do conduct studio sessions.
Can you help with outfit choices for the session?
Absolutely! We’ve prepared an illustrative guide with tips for clothing, accessories, color combinations, and items to bring for the outdoor session.
How far in advance should I contact you?
Depending on availability, even with 24-hours notice, you can schedule the photoshoot or photo tour.
Do you provide printed photos?
We do not provide printed photographs, as we cater to travelers mostly. However, the photos are delivered in high quality so that you can print them as desired.
If the photoshoot package includes for example 25 photos, will you only take 25 photos?
No, the final photos that will be delivered are the best ones captured during the photoshoot. For reference, in a 1-hour photoshoot, there will be more than 100 photos suitable for full development.
