These images won’t be associated with the identity of the individuals involved in the session. However, if the photos taken belong to a business or influencer, the name of the business or influencer may be tagged or mentioned, unless you explicitly express not to be. 

Ownership and Copyright:

The original images captured by wanderportraits remain the sole property of wanderportraits. Under no circumstance will the copyright be transferred to any party. However, we reserve the right to use and amplify the usage of these images as needed, such as incorporating the photographs into promotional materials, publicity efforts, and more. The authority over the files and their usage rights will always remain with wanderportraits and further permissions can be discussed.

Client Consent:

We prioritize your privacy and understand that some clients may have concerns about image usage. If you do not wish for your photographs to be shared on our social media or website, please inform us in advance of the photoshoot. Your preferences will be respected, and we will ensure that your images remain private.

If you leave a text review it might be converted to an AI-generated audio, and used in different platforms including social media.

Rest assured, any personal information or images shared with us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not use any images in a manner that could compromise your privacy or security.
